Cancellation Policy

Life is busy, unpredictable and sometimes plans need last minute changes. As a mum of 2 little ones, a wife and business owner, I completely understand and aim to work with clients as much as possible to help reduce this stress.

To help keep things flowing smoothly for everyone, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Bowen Therapy and Reiki Services

A 50% deposit is required when booking online, with the remaining balance payable at your appointment. If you need to cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellation made within the 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit the deposit, as this time has been set aside just for you.

Conversational Hypnotherapy

As this modality is provided via zoom, 100% of the balance is required when booking online.

Should you need to cancel your session with more than 24 hours' notice you will be refunded the full amount. Cancellations made within the 24 hours will forfeit 50% of the booking fee.

This policy is in place to honour not only my time and energy, but also to ensure those on the waitlist have the opportunity to book in.
